The AI growth engine for wallet operators, banks, telcos, and payment providers. AI clusters your customers, suggests audiences, predicts churn, and measures uplift — turning transactions into revenue.
AI-native analytics, segmentation, campaign builder, and loyalty mechanics — designed to plug into any transaction platform you already run.
Every payment, top-up, transfer, card swipe, and merchant interaction tells you something. But sitting in a transaction table, none of it turns into a customer, a campaign, or a dollar of revenue.
Millions of payments — but who is loyal, who is churning, who's about to spend more? No team can hand-cluster a million users. AI can.
Campaigns go to everyone. No behavioral segmentation, no AI-suggested audiences, no real attribution. The team measures send volume, not revenue.
Points, cashback, vouchers — without AI behavioral logic, rewards go to people who would have spent anyway. The program costs more than it earns.
Rivela sits on top of your transaction data and runs AI continuously across four jobs: discovery, action, reward, and proof. Marketing teams get answers, not dashboards.
Behavioral cohorts surfaced from your transaction data — dormant users, basket-builders, churn-risk, high-LTV. Auto-discovered, not hand-built.
Visual segment builder, AI-suggested rules, natural-language audience search, multi-channel delivery, A/B testing — all owned by the marketing team.
Points, cashback, tiers, coupons, discounts, referrals, surveys, gift vouchers — nine mechanics, AI-targeted at the right customer at the right moment.
End-to-end attribution. Per-campaign uplift, LTV impact, cohort comparison — versus a real holdout, not a guess. AI-modeled where causality matters.
Most analytics tools stop at dashboards. Most loyalty platforms can't see why someone is loyal. Rivela closes the loop — discover, act, reward, prove.
Analytics & customer 360
AI-clustered behavioral cohorts, customer lifetime patterns, business and merchant intelligence, transaction-level explorer with day×hour heatmaps.
Segments & campaigns
Visual segment builder with AI-suggested audience rules, natural-language segment search, multi-channel delivery, A/B testing with proper holdouts.
9 native mechanics
Points, cashback, tiers, coupons, discounts, referrals, surveys, collection stamps, gift vouchers — AI picks the right reward for the right customer, not adapted from generic CRM.
Attribution & ROI
AI-modeled uplift, LTV impact, churn-risk scoring, cohort comparison versus real holdout. The board-room number, not vanity metrics.

Rivela reads from a daily replica of your transaction platform, runs AI continuously, and sends actions back through APIs you already control. Never writes to your core systems.
Wallet, card processor, acquiring, accounts — any compatible core. Customers, transactions, merchants — your existing data model.
Daily sync into a managed Postgres replica. Read-only by design. Zero risk to production systems.
AI segmentation, churn scoring, uplift modeling, anomaly detection, attribution math. All aggregates pre-computed. Sub-second dashboards.
Marketing builds campaigns. Product reads insights. Reward logic dispatches through your own platform APIs.
No write-back to your core. Campaign actions route through APIs you control. The risk surface is dashboards, not transactions.
Default deployment in Wallet Factory's EU cloud (Frankfurt). On-prem and your-VPC options available for regulated clients.
Standard schema mapping for Wallet Factory clients ships in 4–6 weeks. Custom adapters scoped per platform.
Three patterns that come up in almost every customer program — and how Rivela's four jobs combine to address them.
AI surfaces customers with 60+ days of no activity, clustered by their previous behavior — top-up only, single-merchant loyal, basket-builders. Trigger a personalized cashback offer through your existing notification channel. Measure reactivation rate against a real holdout.
AI surfaces users who load funds but rarely pay merchants — they're using your product as a pipe, not as money. Push merchant-specific discounts at categories they're already adjacent to. Tier rewards by spend velocity to keep them progressing.
AI scoring finds customers paying frequently but at low ticket sizes at your highest-volume merchants. Build tier-based rewards that scale with spend — a small unlock at $20, a bigger one at $50, premium status at $100/month. Continuous A/B against a holdout to keep it honest.
Projected outcomes are based on Wallet Factory platform data and industry loyalty benchmarks. Actual results vary by market, segment, and program design. Rivela does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes — but it does guarantee you'll be able to measure them properly.
Wallet Factory builds and operates digital wallets and payments infrastructure across emerging markets — for banks, telcos, wallet operators, and payment providers. Rivela is the marketing and loyalty layer, designed natively for transaction data instead of adapted from generic CRM.

By default, in Wallet Factory's EU cloud (Frankfurt, AWS-equivalent infra). For regulated markets — banks under local data-residency rules, telcos with state regulators — we deploy into your VPC or on-prem. The architecture is the same; the deployment target is a config flag.
No. Rivela is read-only. We pull a daily replica of customer, transaction, and merchant data. Campaign actions — sending notifications, applying rewards, issuing vouchers — go through your existing platform APIs. You stay in control of what actually touches production.
You do. Always. Rivela operates on a replica of your data; the original stays in your core systems and never leaves your control. The replica lives where you choose (our EU cloud, your VPC, or on-prem). At contract end, the replica is deleted on request — no retention, no resale, no shared model training across customers.
The AI engine runs four jobs continuously: (1) clusters customers into behavioral cohorts, (2) suggests audience rules in plain language, (3) scores churn risk and predicts uplift, (4) surfaces anomalies in transaction patterns.
All of it runs on aggregated, pseudonymized data — not raw PII. Three deployment modes: cloud LLM with no PII, self-hosted open-source model in your VPC, or classical ML only with no LLM. The choice is yours, set per market.
No. Rivela is platform-agnostic. It plugs into any system that produces customers, transactions, and merchants — wallet platforms, card processors, acquiring backends, third-party wallets, account-based systems. With Wallet Factory clients the data schema is already mapped, so integration is faster. With other platforms we build a custom adapter that maps your schema to ours. The product is the same in either case.
For Wallet Factory clients: 4–6 weeks to first live segment, because the data schema is already understood. For other transaction platforms (cards, acquiring, third-party wallets): scoped per integration, typically 8–12 weeks including custom adapters. We don't sell "deploy in a day" — we sell working campaigns by quarter-end.
Rivela isn't a CRM. CRMs know customers — names, emails, support tickets, sales-rep notes. Rivela knows transactions — payments, top-ups, merchants, behavioral patterns. They answer different questions, and most large clients run both side by side.
Where CRM segments by demographics or stated preferences, Rivela segments by what people actually do with their money. Where CRM measures email open rates, Rivela measures revenue uplift against a real holdout. We integrate cleanly with Salesforce / HubSpot / Dynamics — the audiences Rivela builds can be exported as lists, and campaign results feed back as customer attributes.
Annual subscription, scaled to active customer volume. Tiered by capability — Reveal-only (analytics) is the entry tier; full platform with Engage + Reward + Measure is the standard tier. Group deals available for multi-country deployments. We'll send a quote after a 30-minute walkthrough.
That's the point. Segments are built visually with rules ("active in last 30 days AND no merchant payment AND average ticket > X"). Campaigns are configured, not coded. A/B holdouts are auto-generated. Engineering gets involved at integration time, not at every campaign — which is the difference between a tool and a service.
